With Nicole Kidman due to give birth in early July, Keith Urban has purchased a surprise present to give to his wife in the delivery room — a $73,000 Cartier Trinity ring! “It’s three rings intertwined, so it’s very symbolic,” the insider says of the popular design, which is set with multi-colored pavé diamonds and is meant to represent the three stages of a relationship: yellow gold for friendship, rose gold for love and white gold for fidelity. “It’s three turned into one and that’s how it will be with Keith, Nicole and the new baby,” notes the insider. Cameron Diaz owns the same ring, as does Katie Holmes, who received hers for Mother’s Day. The Trinity ring was created by Cartier in 1924 and is still one of its most recognized designs today.

American Pie star Jason Biggs married actress Jenny Mollen in a quickie courthouse ceremony in April, but the couple revealed to In Touch that they’re already planning another wedding — which promises to be equally nontraditional. “We’re doing everything all screwy. We got married, just the two of us, and then decided to do a second ceremony,” Jason, 30, told In Touch at the Verizon Palm Centro launch party in LA on June 26. The bash will be held in Napa Valley next month. “We actually just bought some of the centerpieces from a flea market and there will be feathers and black chandeliers,” Jenny, 29, reveals. Although they rushed into marriage, the newlyweds will wait to become parents. “He wants kids now, but I need at least a year,” says Jenny, who has two films due out later this year. “My wedding dress is Monique Lhuillier,” Jenny told In Touch.

Although Cameron Diaz has only been dating model Paul Sculfor for a month, he’s already staying with her. “Cameron and Paul have been spending every night together,” an insider tells In Touch, noting that Paul’s main residence is in his native England. “He doesn’t have a house in LA and Cameron doesn’t mind him staying with her. When he dated Jen Aniston he used to stay at hotels, but Cameron likes him a lot and always wants to be around him.” Cameron, 35, hasn’t always felt that way. Apparently Paul, 37, has changed her loner tendencies. Friends say it’s because Cameron can be herself with him. The duo was spotted together after a romantic dinner at Il Ristorante de Giorgio Baldi in Beverly Hills on June 27. Cameron reportedly paid $1.5 million for her home in the Hollywood Hills, which she purchased and renovated in 2001.

Following in the footsteps of Madonna, U2 and Jay-Z is probably never a bad thing. And in Shakira's case, it could be worth more than $70 million. Concert promoter Live Nation is in talks with the Colombian singer to sign a 360-degree, multimillion dollar deal before the end of the year - much like the $120 million deal they signed with Madonna for 10 years. The contract would include touring, merchandising and recording, and some New York Post insiders are saying the deal could top $70 million, based on estimates that Shakira grossed more than $120 million on her "Oral Fixation" tour last year. Shakira's "Hips don't lie" but neither do her ticket sales, apparently!

Like Jay-Z and Sean "Diddy" Combs before him, Kanye West is looking to expand his hip-hop empire to include fashion. But leave it to Kanye to do it in a big way. The rapper revealed to WWD that he's signed on to design a line of men's shoes for Louis Vuitton. He's also working on his own signature line of womens wear (not Vuitton), which is set to launch in the fall. Kanye's had a good relationship with the luxe French brand. Back in June, he performed at the opening of Takashi Murakami's lastest show, which included special Louis Vuitton bags. "I grew up with the Louis look, you know," he told the Guardian paper at last week's Vuitton runway show in Paris. "I just love the style."

Despite recent reports, Angelina Jolie has not yet given birth to her twins with Brad Pitt. In Touch has learned that the Wanted star did check into the Hospital Lenval's Santa Maria clinic in Nice, France, on June 30. "Ms. Jolie came to the hospital last night as part of a pre-planned rest period, before she gives birth," Nadine Bauer, spokeswoman for the hospital tells In Touch. "The visit has been planned for a long time; there are no complications. She is just resting." Angelina's babies are expected to be delivered by French doctor Michele Sussmann and her regular ob/gyn Jason Rothbart, who is due to fly to Europe later this week.

George Clooney proves that once again, he's not like most guys. The actor, who recently split from waitress Sarah Larson, was spotted with a couple of "mystery brunettes" on one of his boats two weeks ago, prompting speculation that he was already on the rebound. But insiders tell E! News that George is taking it slow when it comes to getting back into the dating scene. "He is not dating anyone at all," says an E! News insider. "Anyone who says he is already dating doesn't know what they are talking about." In fact, George is using his freed-up time for work, not wooing, at his villa on Italy's Lake Como. "He's doing a lot of reading of scripts and writing," an insider tells E! News.

In a loving tribute to their hometown boy-turned-Hollywood-heartthrob Heath Ledger, the Australian city of Perth named an $87 million, 575-seat theater after the late actor. The Heath Ledger Theater in Perth was named at a ceremony on Tuesday with Western Australia State Premier Alan Carpenter saying, "Heath Ledger was totally dedicated to the craft of being an actor and that's what made him successful. I think what we're doing is continuing that support for young people who want to make a career in the arts and acting — stage and in film — whatever it happens to be." Heath's father, Kim, felt that his publicity-shunning son would have approved of the gesture. "He was such a giver of the arts right across the board," said Kim. "I really feel that there's not a lot of things he'd put his name to, but he'd put his name to that."

After more than 10 days in a clinic, troubled singer Amy Winehouse left the hospital on June 30. Amy, who performed at both the Nelson Mandela tribute and the Glastonbury Festival over the weekend, was returning to the facility in between rehearsals and performances but has since completely left, according to her rep. "She has left [the] hospital. She is continuing as an outpatient," says Chris Goodman. "There comes a time when you are ready to leave the hospital, and so she left. No one was trying to keep her there. It was completely up to her — everyone knew she would not stay there forever."

Despite a close friendship with Scientologist's most-famous follower, Tom Cruise, Will Smith isn't a Scientologist and the private school he's opening isn't Scientologist, either! Will and his wife, Jada Pinkett Smith, are starting the New Village Academy, due to open in September, and while some of the teachers are Scientologists and a few of the teaching methods are based on the religion, the academy's director insists that the school has no ties to any religion. "We are a secular school, and just like all nonreligious independent schools, faculty and staff do not promote their own religions at school or pass on the beliefs of their particular faith to children," school director Jacqueline Olivier told the Los Angeles Times.
